These Terms of Service govern your use of the TechFlue website (techflue.com) and any services you engage TechFlue to provide. By using this website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this site or our services.

2. Services

TechFlue provides website development, SEO, AI automation, brand identity and related digital services. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline and cost of any project are agreed separately in writing (such as a proposal, quote, or contract) before work begins. These general terms do not replace a signed project agreement, which will govern in the event of any conflict.

3. Quotes and payment

Pricing shown on this website (including any "starting at" figures) is indicative and subject to change based on project scope. A final quote will be provided after discovery. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, projects typically require an advance payment before work begins, with the balance due on or before delivery.

4. Client responsibilities

Timely delivery depends on you providing necessary content, feedback, access credentials and approvals in a reasonable timeframe. Delays on your side may affect the agreed project timeline.

5. Intellectual property

Upon full payment, ownership of the final agreed deliverables (such as a completed website or design files) transfers to you, except for any third-party assets, libraries, fonts, or stock content licensed separately, which remain subject to their own license terms. TechFlue may showcase completed work in its own portfolio and marketing materials unless you request otherwise in writing.

6. Client portal and accounts

If you're provided access to our client portal to track project progress, you're responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. Notify us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.

7. Limitation of liability

TechFlue will perform services with reasonable skill and care, but we do not guarantee specific business outcomes (such as a particular ranking, conversion rate, or revenue figure) unless explicitly stated in a signed agreement. To the extent permitted by law, TechFlue's liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific project in question.

8. Cancellations

Either party may cancel an ongoing project with written notice. Any work completed and advance payments made up to the point of cancellation are non-refundable, unless otherwise agreed.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless a separate signed agreement specifies otherwise.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of this website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
