1. Who we are

TechFlue ("TechFlue", "we", "us") designs and builds websites, SEO strategies and AI-powered solutions for businesses. This policy explains what personal information we collect through techflue.com, why we collect it, and how we handle it. TechFlue is based in India and serves clients remotely worldwide.

2. Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly, such as when you fill out our contact form (name, email, phone number if provided, and project details), message us on WhatsApp, or email us directly. We do not use cookies for advertising or third-party tracking, and we do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.

3. How we use your information

We use the information you provide to respond to your inquiry, discuss your project, prepare quotes, and — if you become a client — to deliver the services you've engaged us for, including via our client portal. We do not use your contact details for unsolicited marketing.

4. Third-party services

Our contact form is processed through Web3Forms, a third-party form-delivery service, which receives the information you submit in order to forward it to us by email. We recommend reviewing Web3Forms' own privacy practices if you have questions about their handling of submitted data. If you become a client, your project details may be stored using Google's infrastructure (Google Sheets/Apps Script) to manage project status and communication.

5. Data retention

We retain contact form submissions and client project records for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry or deliver contracted services, and for a limited period afterward for our own record-keeping. You can request deletion of your information at any time (see Section 7).

6. Data security

We take reasonable steps to protect the information you share with us. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we are committed to promptly addressing any issue that comes to our attention.

7. Your rights

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, request corrections, or request deletion, by emailing techflue@proton.me. Depending on your location, you may have additional rights under applicable law (for example, the GDPR if you are in the EU/UK, or India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act).

8. Children's privacy

Our services are directed at businesses, not children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "last updated" date above.
